Protective Covenants
To encourage a well-designed, mixed-use park, TIDE’s Board of Directors has implemented protective covenants governing land use. These covenants preserve natural wooded areas retaining the natural beauty, while maximizing park efficiency.
General Restrictions
General restrictions imposed by the TIDE Board of Directors on the sale of land, include not allowing tenants to create noxious emissions or offensive trade or activity, nor anything which may become an annoyance of nuisance by reason of excessive emission of odors, dust, fumes or smoke. TIDE, its successors or assigns, reserve the right of final decision as to the applicability of the general restrictions.
The following activities and businesses are specifically prohibited:
· Auto wrecking; salvage yards; used material yards; storage or baling of waste or scrap paper, rags, scrap metals, bottles or junk.
NOTE: It shall not be considered prohibitive to store scrap material, if scrap material is used in the business in which the industrial plant is engaged, or if the scrap is from the business in which the industrial plant is engaged; but, in all cases, the aforesaid scrap shall be stored in an orderly manner.
